The RoseCraft Blades Elk River Easy Open Jack is a one-bladed pattern that features a 2.75” D2 lambsfoot blade with a brushed satin finish, a half-stop and heavy swedging. It has Rosewood covers with brushed stainless steel bolsters, liners, and nickel silver pins. It carries the “Armstrong Skull” shield and features an “easy open” slot to pinch and pull the blade open. It’s 3.5” closed, 6.25” overall, and weighs just 2.3oz. This pattern was inspired by a very old I-X-L pattern and re-imagined by Andy Armstrong.
A note about RoseCraft’s wood handles: Wood is a natural material with natural grain. No two knives are the same, and while your knife will fall into the family of the variations shown, it will be different.

The fit and finish is amazing on my Elk River Easy Open Jack, as it is on all my RoseCraft knives. (Total of 10)
Each RoseCraft knife comes with something special, like the easy open notch and rosewood covers.
The only thing I miss is the Rosebud shield.

There’s a chance this might be my favorite of the entire traditional line. Awesome size, great action, beautiful wood scales not to mention it just looks badass with its own unique style. Plus who doesn’t love a nice easy open cutout and the fact that a nail nick isn’t necessary and would be kinda silly so great job. Fantastic knife buy one ASAP!!!
