Just looking at this knife, it screams “meat cutter”! And I’ll say it does that and more. Not my first choice for EDC around town and such, but it sure is handy for food preparation in the house or field. The slightly curved blade is outstanding. Just enough to separate it from a sheepsfoot and render it very useful beyond a straight edge. And can it take an edge! A few licks with a ceramic rod and a gentle stropping and it was scalpel sharp! And it deploys like a floating dream. So smooth.
