A note about RoseCraft’s bone handles: Bone is a natural handle material that varies in texture, pattern, and natural coloring. Every bone handled knife will look different, because bone isn’t identical. At RoseCraft, we don’t use dye to cover up what we think is the natural beauty of the bone in the handle. We use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and you’re going to see a lot of that gorgeous natural texture and pattern that is in your unique bone-handled knife. We love it, and hope you do too.

Very beautiful handles with a very serious blade! It can leave you speechless or just lost in time looking at the color and beauty in these handles! Super comfortable in my hand and very sharp! Instant Favorite in my Everyday carry rotation! I look forward to my next RoseCraft blade!

I like this knife very much. The handles are very comfortable and pretty. I like Pretty Knifes. Razor sharp right out of the box. I like Moderns and traditionals both. I understand though a lot of people want one or the other. I like knifes that tell me where to put my hand. This would be a perfect friend for the anyone because like all knifes they go through everything with you. This would also be a perfect friend for the halloween pocket Monster

I love this clinch river I got into knives when I was about 8 that was 42 years ago so I lean towards traditional folders and this is a perfect knife! I’ve watched Swaggs for several years good to see her doing her own thing?

    • RoseCraft

Thank you so much for leaving a review. We’re glad Swaggs is on the team too. We appreciate you.

This is a forward design in both utility and ergonomics. The choice to blueprint this knife as a substantial tool for detailed or robust use rather than a delicate folder was the perfect decision. The physical size lends to a solid working tool making it more comfortable and assuring in hand to do heavy work or gently cut out a splinter. The cover choice is a stand-out and is thankfully “Old School” that is kind of hypnotic to knife bubbas. The fit and finish is right up there with knives of a much greater value.

Superior Customer Service. I contacted RoseCraft with a discrepancy with my purchase and there was no lengthy paperwork and no extensive process. The was ZERO hesitation to issue an immediate replacement. This is becoming a rare policy in today’s market which reinforces their “30 day satisfaction guarantee” promise to their customers.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a thoughtful and detailed review. We absolutely appreciate it, and we’re glad you’re happy with your knife.

The Clinch River Swayback is the second Rosecraft knife I purchased and it is fantistic! The fit and finish is excellent. The color is fantastic and the ergonomics is excellent. I’m now alternating days carrying it with my other Rosecarft knifes, but this one is special.

I just want to tell you guys how much I absolutely love this knife. Unfortunately I didn’t buy it from y’all, it came from an EBay seller, but the next Rosecraft knife I buy will come from the source. Back to the knife, quality is second to none. First of all it’s so damned pretty, but tough. The bone handle is amazingly beautiful. Fit and finish is awesome, no machine marks anywhere The edge was razor sharp out of the box. While I have used it, it gets pulled through a simple ceramic sharpener every night. I see why it was voted import knife of the year. I went from carrying two knives, to only one. While it’s a little big to tote in my pocket without a clip, a simple Twisted X sheath that I had works perfect. As far as I’m concerned Rosecraft Blades will be my go to knife maker from now on.

Certainly is MY knife of the year…found in my Christmas stocking. The aspects that stand out to me? The design…the heavy gauge stock…the proportions…the weight…the action, fit and finish. It’s designed for delicate work but fabricated for heavy jobs. It’s beautiful to look at and a joy to use.

Feels great in hand. Very sharp out of the box. A definite keeper. Many positive comments from those I’ve showed it to

  9. Dan Pace

This is beautiful knife. I don’t often carry traditional pocket knives, but I will this one.It is big and heavy duty enough for what I need it for.

  10. chadhampton377 (verified owner)

The quality of All of the traditionals beat out knives 5 times the price and the moderns are built with the same quality as the traditionals. also a huge plus and deciding factor for me is that they don’t and won’t put out anything that they don’t like and won’t buy and carry themselves and they won’t put out anything that’s not Superior quality
