THIS IS THE SECOND PRODUCTION RUN OF THE BORA BORA BLUE VERSION OF THE BEAVER CREEK BARLOW! Please note that the dye in this production run is not as vivid as the original production run. It has a more pocket-worn and watercolor feel than the original RCT006-BBB. While it is still beautiful, it is more like the Buffalo River Jack Bora Bora Blue than the original RCT006-BBB.
The RoseCraft Blades Beaver Creek Barlow Bora Bora Blue features a 2.9″ D2 Sheepsfoot blade with a brushed satin finish. It’s 2.7mm thick and has a half stop. This one-bladed traditional slip joint features brushed steel bolsters with the Locking ‘RC’ mark and steel liners. The covers are genuine Bora Bora Blue Bone. It’s 3.5″ closed, 6.4″ overall, and weighs 2.9oz. Designed by Andy Armstrong.
A note about RoseCraft’s bone handles: Bone is a natural handle material that varies in texture, pattern, and natural coloring. Every bone handled knife will look different, because bone isn’t identical. At RoseCraft, we don’t use dye to cover up what we think is the natural beauty of the bone in the handle. We use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and you’re going to see a lot of that gorgeous natural texture and pattern that is in your unique bone-handled knife. We love it, and hope you do too.
