RoseCraft Blades Beaver Creek Barlow RCT006

$55.99

2.9″ D2 Sheepsfoot blade. Brushed satin finish. 2.7mm thick. Half stop. Slip joint. Brushed steel bolsters. Locking ‘RC’ mark. Steel liners. Genuine Bourbon Bone covers. 3.5″ closed. 6.4″ overall. Weighs 2.9oz. Designed by Andy Armstrong.

A note about RoseCraft’s bone handles: Bone is a natural handle material that varies in texture, pattern, and natural coloring. Every bone handled knife will look different, because bone isn’t identical. At RoseCraft, we don’t use dye to cover up what we think is the natural beauty of the bone in the handle. We use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and you’re going to see a lot of that gorgeous natural texture and pattern that is in your unique bone-handled knife. We love it, and hope you do too.

Bought this knife after watching a YouTuber review. For $55…this is a very well built knife that meets or exceeds other high end traditional knife makers. Fit and finish on this piece is absolutely perfect and on par with customs I own. Only complaint is that the sticker that is one the blade leaves a imprint of the shape of the sticker. I have tried to remove it with alcohol numerous times to no avail. Only noticeable in certain lighting though. Can’t wait to see what Andy comes up with in the future. Would love to see a equal end cigar in traditional jigged bone, or a big ole sowbelly. Hint Hint.

Thanks for you kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to write them. Best products for sticker removal or any sticky gunk that hits a blade is a product called Flitz or Case Paste. Try those, John. That spot will be gone in one buffing session with a nice cloth.

Absolutely love this knife. Perfect size. Sharp. Bourbon bone covers are beautiful. Amazing price. A daily use barlow for the people!

Received my Beaver Creek Barlow yesterday. The knife is quite nice. Fit and finish are excellent. Kudos for such a nice knife at a great price. The bone color is brighter than I expected but, I assume it will change colors with age. Again, it’s a great knife ! Keep up the good work !!

    Absolutely FANTASTIC!
I love what Andy and Swaggs and the crew is doing at RCB and I’m a fan and a loyal customer for life.

I think the modern interpretations of traditional patterns are awesome.
But I also love that the covers are bone, rather than burlap micarta or G-10, because it’s a traditional cover material.
A perfect balance of traditional and modern in my opinion.

I have the Beaver Creek Barlow, Loosahatchie Jack, Zambezi, and Ocoee River Kayak.
I will be purchasing the upcoming Clinch River Swayback and all the other designs as well.

Fit and finish is exceptional on all of them.
    No gaps.
    No proud pins or shields.
    Smooth transitions.
    Great medium pull.
    Walk and talk is awesome.
    Excellent blade grind and finish.
    Wonderful ergonomics.
Just wonderfully crafted all the way around.

    Fantastic value for the money.
I can’t say enough about RoseCraft Blades.
Buy one, or buy them all.
    Do it now.
    You’ll be glad you did!!

Flawless Victory, Grandslam out the Park, the Fit and Finish is on Par. Just Perfect, and the Half Stop is just on Point. Andy & Swaggs “RoseCraft” are doing it right for the EDC Community. Just got mine Yesterday, and has been in my pocket since.

Amazing knife! Just like they used to make them. I bought mine from a good friend of mine and am absolutely amazed. A simple cigar jack would be an awesome addition to the line. Thanks, Rayce

Go on social media and see all the reviews on this knife. It is everything people say it is. I have GEC, Case, and countless other traditional knives that I have paid a lot higher money for that are not of this quality. Like others my knife was flawless out of the box. RoseCraft is killing it in the traditional game. Best cost to quality ratio of any brand!!

  8. James Peters

Nice !!! And I mean very nice…razor sharp, 100% dead on angles on the bevels, walk and talk is perfect…the bone handles are nice…fit and fish, well just as expected from ROSECRAFT blades…very elegant but still traditional flair…I like that one a lot!!!

I was looking for an elegant and functional slip-joint knife and came across a few online reviews raving about the Beaver Creek Barlow. Struck by the knife’s beauty, I made an impulse buy. I immediately questioned my judgment until the knife arrived in the mail. It is absolutely stunning. As a relative newbie to knives, I can’t compare this Barlow to higher end knives, but I can’t imagine any being more appealing. The knife feels wonderful, looks wonderful, and makes me happy holding it. Very pleased with the purchase.
