The RoseCraft Blades Otter Creek Barlow Dapper Jigged Bone features a 2.9″ 14C28N Clip Point blade with a brushed satin finish. It’s 2.7mm thick and has a half stop and swedging. This one-bladed traditional slip joint features brushed steel bolsters with the ‘Otter Print’ mark and steel liners. The covers are hand-jigged Dapper Jigged Bone. It’s 3.5″ closed, 6.4″ overall, and weighs 3.1oz. Designed by Andy Armstrong.
The jigging on RoseCraft traditional slip joint knives is hand-jigged one by one. They are not machine-jigged.
A note about RoseCraft’s bone handles: Bone is a natural handle material that varies in texture, pattern, and natural coloring. Every bone handled knife will look different, because bone isn’t identical. At RoseCraft, we don’t use dye to cover up what we think is the natural beauty of the bone in the handle. We use it to accentuate that natural beauty, and this may cause lighter or darker areas where the bone is hafted into the front bolster. This is part of what makes your knife unique.
